Eligibility Criteria – Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2020

• B.E / B.Tech / B.Pharma: Bachelor’s Degree Holders in Engineering / Technology (04 Years after 12th or 03 years after B.Sc/Diploma in Engineering / Technology)
• B.Arch : Bachelors Degree Holders of Architecture (05 Years Course) / Naval Architecture (04 Years Course) / Planning (04 Years Course).
• B.Sc (Research) / B.Sc : Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Post Diploma / 04 Years after 12th).
• M.Sc / MA / MCA or equivalent : Master’s Degree in any branch of Science / Mathematics / Statistics/ Computer Applications or equivalent.

How to Apply GATE 2020 Online?

The GATE 2020 Application Process is going to begin through online mode from 03 September 2019. Eligible candidates can submit application through GOAPS Website (Zone wise) by paying necessary application form. For GATE 2020, all information related to the application process will be available in the GOAPS website. Candidates must enter the ID number specified in any one of the following IDs: Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN Card, College ID Card, Employee ID, Driving License and Voter ID.

• First of all open the GOAPS official website for your zone otherwise open gate.iitd.ac.in
• Candidate must first register by providing Full Name, a valid e-mail ID, mobile number and by choosing a password. After that Registration ID and password will be sent to your registered mobile number or mail ID.
• Login with GOAPS Enrollment ID and password. Now enter the correct details as per instructions given on that website. Required Details are Address of Communication, Eligibility Degree Details, College Name & its address, GATE Paper (Subject), Exam Cities, Passport size photograph and signature, Caste Certificate if application scanned copies with correct format.
• Upload the documents verify again and proceed for application fee payment.
• Finally submit GATE 2020 Application Form and take a hard copy.
