Jhajjar Court Result 2020: Check Jhajjar District Court Interview List 2020 for Clerk, Sweeper, Liftman, Stenographer Posts invited by Jhajjar District Court Authority in month of March 2020. Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Jhajjar invited the application form through offline mode for 17 Clerk Posts, 03 Stenographer, 10 Sweepers and 01 Post of Liftman. Sweeper and Liftman posts are on DC Rate Contract Based while Clerk & Stenographer posts are on adhoc basis, on the consolidated pay of Rs.25500/- (minimum of pay scale of clerks and Stenographer Grade III) for a period of six months or till the regular appointment are made by the Honorable Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

The applicants who fullfill the eligibility criteria for Post of Clerk, Stenographer, Sweeper & Liftman posts and submitted the application form in prescribed format. All the applicants will have to appear for next round of selection procedure. Jhajjar District Court Authority will organize the written test and computer proficiency test for Clerk & Stenographer Posts. Candidates will have to qualify the Written Test and Computer Proficiency Test to get the Stenographer Grade III and Clerk Posts on Adhoic Basis. The authority will publish the notification related to examination date and venue on the official website i.e. https://districts.ecourts.gov.in/jhajjar/recruitment. Authority will not send any call letters for written test, shorthand test and computer proficiency test. Candidates will have to download admit card from official website of Jhajjar District Court and appear in written test as per scheduled given in admit card.

Selection Criteria & Written Test Pattern

Selection of applicants will be made on the basis of written examination and computer proficiency test which conduct by Jhajjar District Court Authority.

• Written Examination
• Computer Proficiency Test
• Shorthand Test (For Stenographer Posts)

Candidates will have appear in written test and questions will be asked from following subjects:

No candidate shall be considered for appoint unless he obtains 40% marks in aggregate in the written examination and [having proficiency in the operation of computers.]

Selection List – Jhajjar District Court Result 2020

Select list of successful candidates in order of merit list shall be prepared as a result of competitive examination which shall remain in force for one year from the date of declaration of result.

For Stenographer Post, candidate shall have to pass a test at a speed of 80 w.p.m in English Shorthand and 20 w.p.m in transcription of the same on computer. The candidate should have proficiency in operation of computers (Word processing and spread sheets). Select list of successful candidates be prepared on the basis of merit and shall remain in force for one year from date of declaration of the result.

For Sweeper and Liftman Posts, authority will organize a direct interview round to short list candidates. Jhajjar Court will no send separate call letter to the candidates who will apply in repose to the advertisement of sweeper & liftman. List of candidates found eligible to appear in the Interview would be available on the office notice board of Jhajjar District court.
