Chhattisgarh Anganwadi Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: The Basic qualification for Anganwadi Worker is 10^th pass. For Anganwadi Helper – 8th Class. But for the supervisor’s post, the qualification is graduation in any stream. All these classes are passed from the recognized board from the state or central government.

Age Limit: The minimum age for all the post is 18 years and the maximum age are 40 years. The relaxation in the age is as per the state government rules for the reserved category student.

Application Fee: The application fee for the candidate is different as the category-wise which is as follows

Selection process:  Anganwadi posts candidates recruited on the behalf of the two types of test. The candidate has to clear these steps one by one. If you fail to pass the one step then you are disqualified from the post.

• Written Examination: This is the mandatory step for every candidate. If you fail to pass this step, then you are going further for the personal interview.
• Personal interview and Document verification: Only those candidates are acall for these steps who pass the minimum criteria for the written examination. Document verification is also happening in this step.

CG Anganwadi Worker / Helper Salary Details

The Salary of Anganwadi Worker & Anganwadi Helper has been fixed by the state government. As per the previous year news updates, CG Anganwadi Worker / Helper is getting the following amount in form of Salary:

• Anganwadi Worker – Rs.4000/- per month
• Anganwadi Helper – Rs.2000/- Per month
• CG Anganwadi Supervisor Salary: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200/- with Rs.2400/- Grade pay per month.

छत्तीसगढ़ में बीस हजार से भी ज्यादा आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र है और इसमें काम करने वाले कर्मचारी समय – 2 पर अपनी मांगों को लेकर हड़ताल करते रहते है। इसमें मुख्य माँग कर्मचारियों के भत्ते (Salary) को भड़ने को लेकर रहती है। एक पुरानी खबर के अनुसार छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के आंगनवाड़ी कर्मचारी रोजाना दस घंटे तक काम करने पर मात्र चार हजार रुपये और सहायिकाओं को लगभग दो हजार रुपये प्रति महीना सैलरी मिलती है। जोकि समय के हिसाब से बहुत कम है। राज्य सरकारे समय – 2 पर आंगनबाड़ी कर्मचारियों की सैलरी भी बढाती रहती है।

उत्तर : छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार आंगनवाड़ी के कर्मचारियों को रोजाना दस घंटे काम करने पर चार हजार रूपये और आंगनवाड़ी सहायिकाओं को दो हजार रूपये प्रति माह देती है। वहीं महिला पर्यवेक्षक / सुपरवाइजर के लिए 5200 रूपये – 20200 रूपये के साथ ग्रेड पेय 2400 रूपये हर माह देता है।
